  Avalanche provides poor service. They made me wait a long time for logos and branding concepts and when they finally were presented they were non-creative ideas that were almost direct copies of other business within my industry. The brief was given to the owner who then passed the work to another member of his team who then created something completely unrepresentative of what was discussed. This wasted weeks! When I advised I was not happy with the work I was told I myself had thrown the project into jeopardy because I didn’t like them and that they would no longer be able to meet the promised deadline. Scott (the owner) was incredibly rude with me on the phone and doesn’t reply to emails in a timely manner / if at all. He is defensive and arrogant as he wants to blame his customer for the projects failings instead of his terrible service, lack of creativity and skill. Scott is very short staffed at the moment as some of his team have left and so cannot do the work promised in a realistic timeframe. Also his quotation was hugely inflated in the first place and then he reduced it almost 50%... Strange way to do business. I asked Scott to apologise for the way he had handled himself on the phone to me but he would not so I took my business elsewhere. Rude. Do not waste your time, there are plenty of very talented creative agencies out there who will do a better job.
